• Taitung–Lanyu air service: At 03:34, all eight round trips—7501/7502, 7503/7504, 7505/7506, 7515/7516, 7507/7508, 7517/7518, 7509/7510 and 7511/7512—were listed as on time, totalling 16 sectors. The previous day's six cancelled round trips do not carry over, so the route shifts to transport / monitoring. A scheduled flight is not a completed flight; actual operations remain subject to the latest airline and airport notices.
• Weather advisories: The CWA land strong-wind, heavy-rain and severe-thunderstorm pages list no active affected areas. Covered Indigenous areas nationwide remain at weather / monitoring.
• Water and slope hazards: No level-one inundation, river-level, official rapid-stream-rise, debris-flow or large-scale-landslide red/yellow escalation was found. Existing reservoir-release information remains at monitoring, with no newly listed major impact on an Indigenous area.
• Other existing monitoring: Wanli Stream remains at barrier-lake / monitoring. The Daman bypass in Fuxing, Taoyuan remains under access-restriction / watch, with controlled small-vehicle passage from 13:00 to 14:00 daily; it is not fully open.

Nationwide regional assessment:

• North: No active heavy-rain, severe-thunderstorm or strong-wind signal is listed. The Daman bypass remains time-restricted. No level-one inundation, official rapid-stream-rise alert, slope escalation, evacuation, shelter, work or class suspension, or new public-service disruption was found.
• Central: Heping, Ren'ai, Xinyi and Alishan remain at weather / monitoring. No heavy rain, severe thunderstorm, level-one inundation, Indigenous road or bridge outage, slope escalation, evacuation, shelter, work or class suspension, or public-service change was found.
• South: No active heavy-rain, severe-thunderstorm or Indigenous-area strong-wind signal is listed. No level-one inundation, official rapid-stream-rise alert, slope escalation, evacuation, shelter, transport suspension or major public-service disruption was found.
• East: All eight Lanyu round trips are currently listed as on time, shifting the route to transport / monitoring. Wanli Stream remains at barrier-lake / monitoring. No heavy-rain or strong-wind signal is active for other covered Indigenous areas in Yilan, Hualien and Taitung, and no level-one inundation or slope-alert escalation was found.

At 03:32 on September 21, the DGPA reported no work or class suspensions. No resident evacuation, shelter activation, school-level closure, major agricultural-loss warning or new major Indigenous public-service disruption was found.

Recommended action: Lanyu passengers should still recheck the latest airline and airport status before departure. Do not enter the Wanli Stream riverbed or embankment area without an official reopening notice. Use the Daman bypass only during the announced window and when on-site controllers permit passage.
